Lisi of Residential Properties Ltd. completes $1.3 million sale

Providence, RI According to Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL), the company has completed the sale of 25 Hull Cove St. for $1.3 million. The listing agent for this property was sales associate Mary Ann Lisi, a member of RPL’s Narragansett office. 

Built in 2007, “Sea Glass” is a 5,000 s/f, newly shingled Jamestown contemporary with water views across Narragansett Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by the award-winning architect, John Milnes Baker, this home features a spacious floor plan with bright, sunlit rooms. The top floor is designed with walls of glass and a mahogany deck to capture the water views from every room.

The listing agent, Lisi, is a recipient of a Kent Washington Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Gold Award with a sales volume of $10 million. Lisi has lived the South County area for over 20 years and is a specialist in the luxury real estate market.
