Lipscomb, Leone & Weller of Transwestern | RBJ retained by Fairlane Props. to lease 102,275 s/f project

Boxborough, MA Transwestern | RBJ has been hired by Fairlane Properties, Inc. to provide leasing services for 159 Swanson Rd. Partners James Lipscomb and Paul Leone, along with associate Kirk Weller, will lease the 102,275 s/f project.

“The building is located along Massachusetts’ high-tech corridor and provides an excellent opportunity for companies in need of a turnkey manufacturing facility,” said Lipscomb. “We’re excited about the opportunity this building presents to users in the marketplace, given the excellent infrastructure and the strong demand within the high-tech manufacturing community over the past several years.”

Located at the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 111, 159 Swanson Rd. is part of a two-building, master-planned campus situated on 26 wooded acres. The two-story, high-tech manufacturing and flex facility has been occupied by a manufacturing and research and development company for 20 years.
