Linfield of United Multi Family completes 13-unit sale for $510,000
United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 13 unit apartment building at 14-20 Otis Ave., for $510,000 ($39,230 per unit).
Handled by James Linfield of the New England UMF office, the brick residences were built in 1850 and sold by 14-20 Otis Ave. Realty Trust to Gene Kofman & Sol Farber with market rate financing provided by Imperial Savings.
The CAP rate at the time of sale was 12.77%.
