Lincoln Property Company negotiates 7,583 s/f office lease at 75 Federal Street, Boston

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company has negotiated a 7,583 s/f office lease on behalf of the law firm Esdaile, Barrett & Esdaile. Esdaile,Barrett & Esdaile is a Boston-based law firm centered on civil litigation. The law firm renewed its lease at its long time location at 75 Federal St. which is owned by investment firm, Transwestern Investment Company. Lincoln Property Co.'s assistant vice president, Roberto Magno, CPA represented the tenant, Esdaile, Barrett & Esdaile, in the transaction. Tim Bianchi and Gil Dailey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Transwestern Investment Co., headquartered in Chicago, Ill.
