Bristol, RI Lila Delman Real Estate completed the sale of 345 Thames St., #306 N, a Stone Harbour condominium, for $1.1 million. This transaction marks the highest condo sale in the town in 2018, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS. Alyce Wright, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the seller while Annie Becker, Lila Delman broker associate, and Wright facilitated for the buyer.

The sale of 345 Thames St., #306 N marks Wright’s fifth sale within Stone Harbour in the last 12 months. During this time period, no other Realtor has been involved in more than one transaction within Stone Harbour. “Stone Harbour continues to be a desirable location for buyers seeking waterfront luxury condos in the heart of historic Bristol,” said Wright.

“As with many Stone Harbour buyers, this purchase brings a long-time Rhode Island family to Bristol and to a property with amenities unique to the area,” said Becker.

Measuring 1,864 s/f, 345 Thames St., #306 N is a turnkey, waterfront condo inclusive of two adjoining Stone Harbour Marina Slips. Offering water views and an open floor plan, the condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and renovated interiors.
