Lila Delman Real Estate brokers $6.5 million in sales

Weekapaug, RI Lila Delman Real Estate International continues to lead the state with sales this year. The Beacon at 92 Noyes Rd., has sold for $4.5 million and the adjacent .69 acre lot located at 55 Meadow Ave. sold for $2 million. 

Lila Delman was the listing and the selling company. 

Lori Joyal, manager of Lila Delman’s Watch Hill office, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer. This represents one of the highest sales in Washington County year-to-date, and the third-highest sale statewide this year, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.

 “The extraordinary desire for our beautiful Rhode Island coastal properties continues to rise, as evidenced by the overwhelming demand,” commented Lori.

Offering one of the highest elevations in Weekapaug, this iconic, renovated c. 1902 residence is renowned in the community of Weekapaug and is one of the most desirable homes in this coastal enclave.
