Lighthouse Group signs 3,600 s/f lease with Hebrew Community Services
According to The Lightstone Group, Hebrew Community Services, Inc. has signed a 3,600 s/f lease at the Wintonbury Mall.
Hebrew Community Services is a non-profit, nonsectarian healthcare provider featuring a full spectrum of integrated and seamless in-patient, out-patient and community-based geriatric services to meet the needs of older adults in the greater Hartford area.
"Hebrew Community Services is a highly reputable healthcare provider," said Jeffrey Dash, vice president of leasing for Lakewood, N.J.-based Lightstone Group. "We're thrilled to facilitate their expansion in Connecticut, ensuring that the local population continues to receive top-quality medical services."
Wintonbury Mall is a 110,231 s/f shopping center located in the heart of Bloomfield, a middle-class suburb north of the state capitol of Hartford. It is located along a popular strip of shopping plazas in the area, including the busy retail corridor known as Bishop's Corner, with anchor stores like Staples, Waldbaum's, Whole Foods, Panera and McDonald's ensuring a steady flow of traffic into the area.
