Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, brokered the $620,000 sale of 1753 Post Rd. East. The seller was Shine Holding Group and the buyer Robert Appell. The free standing 2,000 s/f retail building has been a liquor store establishment for several decades, most recently known as Westfair Spirit Shop. The new owner will reopen with a newly renovated specialty wine store, Bottles. Lewis was the sole broker in this transaction. In another transaction, Market & Research Corporation recently leased 2,900 s/f of office space at 315 Post Rd. West. Lewis is the exclusive agent on this well-known reflective glass building adjacent to the Birchwood Golf Course, and the sole broker involved in the five-year lease transaction.
