Lewis of Vidal/Wettenstein brokers $2.35 million sale of 13,000 s/f building
Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, has completed the sale of 200 Pequot Ave. This 13,000 s/f office building, which was originally Pullman and Comley, LLC's headquarters, has traded hands from Computer Consulting Associates, Inc. to SG Pequot 200, LLC.
Lewis was the sole broker involved in this $2.35 million transaction.
The new owners have plans to do a complete renovation of the property. 200 Pequot Ave. is situated in Southport Village close to the Southport train station, the Delamar Hotel, a selection of fine restaurants, and numerous other conveniences.
