Levey Miller Maretz brokers two leases totaling 3,000 s/f

David Bussolotta and Bill Fray of Tellalian, Fray and Bussolotta, LLC have opened their new law offices at 2 Corporate Dr. in Trumbull. A multi year lease was entered into for the 2,000 s/f office. Steve Hodson of Hodson Realty represented the landlord, Corporate Drive, LLC and Josh Gold of Levey Miller Maretz represented Tellalian, Fray and Bussolotta. In another transaction, Jack Micknak, president of Generation Security, a promotional and telemarketing company representing Safeguard America, has leased 1,000 s/f at 2572 Whitney Ave. in Hamden. Gold of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord, GGM Company and Mike Gordon also of Levey Miller Maretz represented Generation Security.
