Leone of GZA GeoEnvironmental appointed to state Brownfields Advisory Group

Norwood, MA David Leone, a senior project manager with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. has been appointed to the state Brownfields Advisory Group by Mass. Speaker of the House Robert DeLeo. Leone is one of five members appointed to the Brownfields Advisory Group, a board that oversees and recommends actions with respect to the Brownfields Redevelopment Fund. Leone, who serves as the Group’s hazardous waste cleanup professional, will serve for a two-year term. Leone, with GZA since 1998, specializes in environmental consulting, soil and groundwater remediation and environmental due diligence.  He is a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional and a Certified Professional Geologist and serves as the co-chair of the Licensed Site Professional Association Regulations Committee.  A graduate of Dartmouth College with a degree in Geology/Earth Science, Leone is an active member of the NAIOP Massachusetts 21E Committee.
