Legacy Real Estate Ventures hires Price

Jen Price

Boston, MA Legacy Real Estate Ventures, LLC has hired Jen Price, bringing a second generation and additional investment capacity to their private investment firm.

Price brings valuable experience in the industry having begun her career at AEW Capital Management as an analyst on the asset management team. In 2014, Price transitioned to the brokerage side of the business as an assistant vice president of investment sales, spending the next five years focused on multifamily dispositions. In her most recent role, she was accountable for acquisitions and project management at Trammell Crow Residential, helping to develop their New England footprint.

Price will concentrate on growing Legacy through acquisitions as well as asset management of the firms current portfolio. “I like to say that this move has been planned for 20 years” said Michael Price, principal of Legacy. “Jen and I work exceptionally well together and with her strong market knowledge and experience in the industry she will provide a generational approach to the company along with expertise and energy to grow Legacy to the next level.”

To fast-track this growth, Legacy has relocated their offices to the South End. This change will bring Legacy closer to their brokerage and financial relationships and provide a central location for the management of the portfolio. 

Legacy was founded 12 years ago as a spin-off from Eastport Real Estate Services (property management), providing a vehicle to focus solely on acquisitions.

 Legacy purchases office, medical and flex buildings in the greater Boston, Philadelphia and Providence markets.

“We continue to be cautious but aggressive in our acquisition strategy. The past twelve months have been exceptional for Legacy with the acquisition of four properties in Lowell, Woburn, Natick and Pawtucket, RI. We continue to see value opportunities within our expanding footprint in RI, NJ and PA, and are looking at all opportunities.”
