Lee joins STV|DPM’s Newton office as a project director

Newton, MA According to STV|DPM, Irene Lee, FMP, has joined its Newton office as a project director. STV|DPM is a part of STV, a national award-winning firm that provides a broad range of design and construction management services.

In this role, Lee is responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts for STV|DPM in the Boston, Los Angeles and Washington D.C. markets. Her in-depth experience with industry leaders in the corporate business segment position STV|DPM’s team to expand its local and national portfolio.

“Irene possesses more than 25 years of experience in relocation and project management, and has orchestrated some of the largest and most complex projects throughout the U.S.,” said Bob Keeley, STV|DPM senior vice president. “She is a well-respected leader in the industry, and her energy and expertise will surely be an asset to our organization.”

Lee most recently served as managing director of a leading commercial and institutional owner’s project management firm in Los Angeles where she spent three years overseeing their relocation, project management and IWMS/CAFM divisions. She was responsible for business and proposal development, staff recruiting, contract negotiation, SOP development and project execution.

Prior to that, Lee spent 16 years with a major firm as senior project manager in Boston, MA and as project director in Washington, D.C. Her roles included staff mentorship, business development and project management. Significant clients included the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, General Services Administration, FBI, FDIC, UCLA, MIT, Boston University, Harvard University, PwC, Wellington Management, and many other high profile clients. 

Lee received her Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and is in the process of obtaining her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Her CAFM/IWMS knowledge includes iOffice, FM Systems and Archibus.
