Landry/French Const. completes Scarborough Public Safety Building

Scarborough, ME Landry/French Construction has completed the new 53,000 s/f Public Safety Building. 

Located on town-owned land adjacent to the Town Hall and bordered by U.S. Rte. 1 and Sawyer Rd., the new building houses police, fire, emergency medical services and emergency dispatch. 

A community room serves as both a training classroom as well as a public meeting room for the community.

The new building is designed for a 40-year lifespan and will accommodate the growth and public safety needs over the next 25 years. It replaces a 17,000 s/f building nearby on Rte. 1.

Celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Landry/French is one of Maine’s leading commercial building contractors providing construction management, design/build, and general contracting services. Their experience includes a diverse range of projects including municipal, education, healthcare, commercial, corporate, financial, and housing.
