LaGreca appointed to board of directors of Meridian Interstate
Carl LaGreca was appointed to the board of directors of Meridian Interstate Bancorp, Inc., and its wholly-owned subsidiary East Boston Savings Bank. With his new appointment LaGreca will also serve as a member of Meridian Interstate Bancorp's audit committee.
A resident of Lynnfield, LaGreca is president of Forman, Itzkowitz, Berenson and LaGreca, PC in Waltham.
