LaBossiere of Cummings Properties handles 15,000 s/f lease for Revolabs at 144 North Road, Sudbury

Cummings Properties' negotiation of a 15,000 s/f lease with Revolabs comes on the heels of recent 144 North Rd. transactions with Walden Wellness and DELO Industrial Adhesives. Revolabs is a leading provider of wireless microphone solutions, with international distribution across a wide range of users. Revolabs plans to relocate its corporate headquarters, currently located in Maynard, in November. Robb LaBossiere, Cummings Properties leasing agent, worked directly with Revolabs to customize the space for the company's growing executive office and research needs. The new headquarters was designed with business efficiency and future expansion in mind. The recently constructed 144 North Rd. building was built to LEED certification standards and is an expansion of Cummings Properties' business campus at 142 North Rd.
