Kumnick of Colliers Dow & Condon and Duffy of Cushman & Wakefield broker 143,000 s/f renewal
ITT Power Systems renewed its lease at 11 Interstate Dr. with Portfolio Real Estate. ITT Power Systems fully occupies the 143,000 s/f multi-floor facility.
ITT was represented by Sean Duffy of Cushman & Wakefield and the owner was represented by Keith Kumnick, SIOR of Colliers Dow & Condon.
