KROHNE, Inc. begins construction of new HQ facility in Beverly, Mass.

Beverly, MA According to KROHNE, Inc., they plan for expansion in North America, including a long term commitment to manufacturing in the United States. 

The plan developed from several years of significant year on year growth. The long term regional strategy includes purchase of a new site in a light industrial park, a few miles from its current Peabody location. Construction of the new headquarters facility is well underway. CBRE worked as the broker for KROHNE. 

KROHNE will produce a variety of new and existing flow and level products, while continuing to serve as the main distribution hub to North American markets for all other products. Administration, sales, service and marketing, and a new training center will be located in the story facility.

The new production building will be interconnected to a new two-story office building, tripling the floor space compared to the existing Peabody facility. The facility will consist of 73,000 s/f manufacturing facility and 20,000 s/f office building. Production and distribution operations will be transferred to the new space after construction completion, estimated for early 2018. 

The design/builder/general contractor for the new facility is Connolly Brothers. KROHNE also working with a German architect named Nils Dubbick who is part of their ownership family.

“It has the most industrialized and diversified economy and it is poised for substantial economic growth based on newly available oil and gas energy resources. In combination with an ever-expanding range of measurement instrumentation products, services and solutions for its industrial process customers, KROHNE, Inc. is poised for rapid economic expansion in the United States and neighboring countries.”
