Beyond Care, LLC, a healthcare facility under the direction of Reza Yavari, M.D., has entered into a long-term lease for 3,000 s/f at Heritage Sq., located at 2488 Boston Post Rd. Kristin Geenty, SIOR, represented Beyond Care and Kevin Geenty, SIOR, represented the landlord, Heritage Square Management, LLC. Leckerling Legal Counsel, LLC, has entered into a long-term lease of 2,000 s/f at 23 Woodland Rd., Madison. The Leckerling firm is headed by attorney Jon Leckerling. Kristin Geenty, SIOR represented the landlord, 23 Woodland Road Associates, LLC, and Kevin Geenty, SIOR, represented Leckerling.
