Konover sells Days Inn to Middleborough Hospitality, LLC
Konover Hotel Corp. has completed the sale of the Days Inn on 30 East Clark St. to Middleborough Hospitality, LLC. The hotel sits on 2.39 acres and has 113 guest rooms.
"This sale is part of Konover's ongoing strategy to strengthen its overall portfolio," said Peter Mason, CHA, executive VP of Konover.
Konover initiated a strategic effort to expand and strengthen its portfolio. Over the last two years, Konover has expanded its portfolio and hotel management operations to include 20 properties, including nine hotel flags in five states.
