Konover Residential Corporation awarded management contract for 152 units

Konover Residential Corporation has been awarded a new contract for the management of 152 residential units for the Ridgefield Housing Authority. Konover Residential is a division of The Simon Konover Company. Under the new contract, Konover Residential will provide property management services for a mix of elderly, congregate and affordable housing units located in the Prospect Ridge and Ballard Green communities. Ballard Green features 77 residential homes opened between 1979 and 1986. Prospect Ridge includes 75 one, two and three-bedroom homes within three smaller communities. Konover Residential manages several affordable residential properties throughout Conn. "This new contract is a testament to our continued success and experience managing residential communities," said Marie Mazzotta, president of Konover Residential. "We welcome the opportunity to expand our presence in Fairfield County." As property manager, the Konover Residential team works closely with residents to ensure they obtain the housing services they need. In addition, the Konover staff assists extensively in the fiscal administration of the community and its funding programs.
