Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group has a new associate, Brenda Kollmer. Kollmer comes to Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group as a licensed Realtor and has worked in commercial real estate for five years. During that time she completed several sales in Middletown including the most notable, 2 Main St., the former Middletown Press building, and was involved in securing many corporate office leases. Kollmer also helped several businesses locate along the shoreline including Radsport Outfitters in Chester, and Subway Sandwich Shop in Deep River. She also marketed Chester's newest commercial building, 3 Inspiration Lane.
Kollmer's background as a legal assistant for ten years provides her with a foundation for commercial real estate. She holds an Associate Degree in Science, and attended Southern Connecticut State University, Middlesex Community College and St. Joseph's College. She served as chairwoman of the Deep River Parks and Recreation Commission in Deep River, and chaired the Deep River Town Landing committee.
At Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group, Brenda intends to focus her efforts in the retail, office and industrial sectors geographically along the shoreline of New London and Middlesex Counties, and the territory north up to and including Middletown.
Since joining Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group, Kollmer has placed under contract over $1 million worth of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group inventory.
