Klemmer Associates brokers lease of 47,535 s/f for The Package Connection
According to Klemmer Associates, it has brokered a 47,535 s/f lease at 21 Glenn St. on behalf of the The Packaging Connection.
Ted Geary with Klemmer Associates was the sole broker in the transaction.
The Packaging Connection is a leader in providing custom protective packaging solutions.
"This worked out well for all parties, including the city of Lawrence, by keeping a growing company in more optimal space in the city and helping a local landlord lease a sizable amount of vacant space," said Geary.
