Klemmer Associates brokers 35,200 s/f sale
Klemmer Associates has brokered a sale totaling 35,200 s/f on behalf of the Maxfield Realty Trust at 239 Newburyport Tpke.
The owner was represented by Greg Klemmer and Ted Geary with Klemmer Associates. The buyer, 239 Newburyport Turnpike, LLC, was represented by Chris Everest with Nordlund Associates.
The building is situated on approximately 4.64 acres
