Klemmer Associates brokers $2.514m sale of 34,150 s/f building
Klemmer Associates LLC was the sole broker in the sale of 247 Lynnfield St. The building consists of 34,150 s/f of manufacturing/R&D space located on 3 acres and was purchased for $2.514 million.
