Klemmer and Brodigan of Klemmer Associates broker $1.6 million sale
Klemmer Associates, LLC was the sole broker in the recent sale of a 13,400 s/f office building at 7 First Ave. in Centennial Park to North Shore Plastic Surgery (NSPS). Tim Brodigan and Greg Klemmer of Klemmer Associates brokered the transaction.
The building sits on 1.5 acres and was originally constructed in 1966. NSPS will undertake extensive renovations which are currently underway before relocating from their current location at 4 Centennial Dr. Building sold for $1.6 million.
Joe Smith, business manager of NSPS commented that they were very pleased with the whole process and how smooth everything went.
"We are looking forward to having a state-of-the-art facility for our patients in a very convenient location on the North Shore," said David Wages, M.D. owner of NSPS.
