King and Samberg of King & Newton complete two sales totaling $1.525 million

Monson, MA King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of an industrial building at 96 Palmer Rd. The 56,000 s/f property sold for $825,000. Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton negotiated the sale. Northeast Investment, LLC sold the property to 3G Management, LLC.

96 Palmer Road - Monson, MA

The property consists of a single story modern industrial building located on 5.62 acres of land. The property will be completely renovated and remodeled to be used for a growth facility for medical marijuana.

Also, Richard Samberg of King & Newton arranged the sale of Maple Apartments located at 19-25 Maple St. and 2-10 Temple St., Springfield, Mass. The property sold for $700,000 and was sold by ODIN Holdings, LLC to Temple Property Group

The apartment building is a unique 3 story brick building located one block from Springfield’s CBD, near the Federal Court House, across from Springfield Museums and 2 blocks from the future MGM Casino.
