KeyPoint Partners named property manager for 137,838 s/f Durgin Sq., Portsmouth, NH: also awarded contracts for walnut hill plaza, woonsocket and Summit Sq., warwick

KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded the property management contract for Durgin Sq., according to managing partner Robert Lemons. Dividend Capital awarded the contract. Durgin Sq., anchored by Shaw's Supermarket, T.J. Maxx, and HomeGoods, is a 137,838 s/f retail center located in one of the Seacoast area's strongest retail markets. Also KeyPoint Ptrs. has added three other new property management and/or leasing assignments to its portfolio, according to Lemons. They include retail properties in Mass. and R.I. Management and leasing assignments include Walnut Hill Plaza, a 298,000 s/f retail center in Woonsocket, and Summit Sq., a 133,900 retail center in Warwick. The property management assignment is Harbor Village, a 97,000 s/f retail center in Townsend, Mass.
