Kerrigan, Sullivan and Flanagan of Avison Young handles 16,572 s/f in leases at Strawberry Hill Corporate Center

Acton, MA Avison Young has completed 16,572 s/f of office lease transactions on behalf of landlord Campanelli at Strawberry Hill Corporate Center, located at 289 Great Rd.  Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan, Bill Sullivan and Anne Flanagan, a vice-president and senior account manager, respectively, in the Boston office, represented the landlord and worked with Danielle Simbliaris, leasing manager at Campanelli, to market the available office space.

NQA, a leading ANAB accredited registrar for ISO certifications will move its headquarters from 4 Post Office Sq. in Acton to 12,427 s/f on the first floor at Strawberry Hill Corporate Center in November. The space was formerly occupied by Geosyntec Consultants, who relocated and expanded on the building’s second floor to accommodate growth. 

The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm, PC will relocate their practice from 179 Great Rd. in Acton to 2,372 s/f on the third floor at Strawberry Hill in November.

Minuteman Wealth Management, an independent firm of Raymond James Financial Services moved into 1,773 s/f on the third floor in August.

“Campanelli was up to the challenge of fully customizing the space and making sure that every detail was perfect. They were flexible in making changes and executed on exactly what was promised,” said Matthew Davis, owner.   

Campanelli purchased Strawberry Hill Corporate Center in February 2014 and has implemented a significant capital-improvement program which comprises a fully renovated and modernized front entrance, repaved parking lot, upgraded landscaping and exterior lighting, and a new energy-management system. New onsite amenities include a modern fitness center, upgraded common spaces and vending area by LeanBox, and the addition of a 4,000 s/f collaborative work space, WorkPlace, which offers 11 private, furnished offices for lease.
