Kerrigan, Cook, and Whitney of Avison Young broker 7,945 s/f lease

Avison Young, North America's fastest growing commercial real estate services company, has brokered a 7,945 s/f lease at 209 Burlington Rd. Avison Young suburban team led by principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook along with associate Colin Whitney represented the tenant, SmartSource, an Extraprise company. Bruce Lee, managing partner of Lee Partners, represented the owner Kevin Curran, managing partner at CMT Realty Partnership. SmartSource, a wholly owned subsidiary of Extraprise Group, Inc., provides an email marketing and multi-channel marketing automation software platform to marketing agencies, marketing service providers and brand marketers. SmartSource's multi-channel marketing platform enables marketers to dramatically improve customer interactions. In addition to the platform, SmartSource provides operational services and support to accelerate its clients' and partners' success. Located near the junctions of Routes 128 and 3 North in Bedford, 209 Burlington Rd. is a vibrant property rooted in a diverse collection of innovative, trusted and successful businesses. "It was very important for SmartSource to find value and high quality space in a market to support its continued growth.
