Kerrigan, Cook and Kerrigan of Avison Young handle 20,804 s/f lease to Earth, Inc.

Waltham, MA According to Avison Young, Earth, Inc. has completed a 20,804 s/f office lease for the company’s new headquarters at Centerpoint. Avison Young principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, along with associate Virginia Kerrigan, who are all based in the firm’s Boston office, represented Earth in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord, Saracen Properties. Earth will relocate from its current location on Second Ave. soon.

“The creative office environment, paired with the building’s proximity to walkable amenities, attracted Earth to Centerpoint,” said Kerrigan. “The site will provide an excellent location for Earth to continue to grow its brand.”

Centerpoint is a 500,000 s/f office and R&D facility, located close to Rte. 128. Located on the Watertown line, the building is equidistant from an abundance of amenities in both Watertown Sq. and downtown Waltham. The building also features a 30,000 s/f health club facility.
