The office space at Presidents Place is now 98% leased. This expansion to Quincy Center by a leading global brand such as Best Doctors, is a testament to the vitality and attractiveness of Quincy Center and Presidents Place. Great space, affordability, urban amenities and superior transportation infrastructure is a winning combination which will be repeated again and again in Quincy Center. We could not be happier with our investment, and in the decision made by Best Doctors," said Stephen Faber, executive vice president for Related Beal. "Best Doctors is excited to be a part of the revitalization taking place in Quincy," said David Seligman, chairman and CEO of Best Doctors. "Best Doctors continues to change lives by using the best minds in medicine to help people get the right diagnosis and treatment plan. Our dedicated teams deserve the best facilities to carry out this mission, and this expansion of our presence in the metro-Boston area does just that." The property features a distinctive galleria with food court, a three- level glass atrium, a variety of services, retail shops and eateries. Tenants include: Harvard Vanguard, Quincy College, Viasat, Wessling Architects, Broadway Networks, Nellie Mae Foundation, and others. The garage has 1,100 spaces. JLL's Kent said, "We're pleased to add Best Doctors to our impressive tenant roster.
