Kelleher & Sadowsky handles 25,000 s/f lease for CDM Wholesale
CDM Wholesale, Inc. signed a lease to open a 3rd facility. The 25,000 s/f building, formerly a Verizon repair facility, is located at 166 Stafford St., offering access to the Mass. Turnpike.
William Kelleher of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.
According to Paul Metzger, CFO of CDM, "the Worcester location will provide hundreds of thousands of in-stock items at unbelievable wholesale prices, to customers within a five-hour drive of the facility. Our wholesale product line will help to stock the shelves at thousands of retailers throughout New England."
