Johnson, Higgins and Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky facilitate $9.3 million sale-leaseback

Worcester, MA Brian Johnson, Drew Higgins and Jim Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky facilitated a sale-leaseback of 15 Coppage Dr. for $9.3 million.

In a transaction that closed on September 20, Coppage Holdings, Inc. sold its 86,856 s/f manufacturing facility to Coppage Drive Property Owner, LLC, an entity registered to Steven Goodman of GFI Partners.

With the sale-leaseback, the Tricab Group, an Australian-based manufacturer of various engineered cable systems, will remain in the building as a tenant of its new owner to continue its manufacturing operations in the United States.

Constructed in 1980, 15 Coppage Dr. is a manufacturing facility situated on 12 acres in close proximity to the Worcester Regional Airport located off Goddard Memorial Dr.

The Tricab Group has utilized the building for its United States operations since 2008 and looks forward to continue doing so for the years to come.
