CDM Wholesale, Inc. signed a lease to open a 3rd facility in Worcester. The 25,000 s/f building is located at 166 Stafford St., offering access to the Mass. Turnpike.
William Kelleher of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.
CDM is a cash and carry wholesaler with locations in Leola, Penn. and Lancaster, Ohio.
"The Worcester location will provide hundreds of thousands of in-stock items at unbelievable wholesale prices, to customers within a five-hour drive of the facility. Our wholesale product line will help to stock the shelves at thousands of retailers throughout New England," said Paul Metzger, chief financial officer of CDM.
