Kelleher and Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay broker $7.2 million sale

Cambridge, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of 13 multifamily units at 81-91 Winter St. for $7.2 million and $553,846 per unit. Kelleher and Pentore exclusively represented the seller, Torrington Winter LLC/Winter KRE LLC. Yun Peng of New Century Realty represented the buyer. 

Situated in a high-density, urban-infill, location, the walkable location is close to the Green Line at the new Lechmere Station, Cambridge Crossing, Kendall Sq., MIT, MGH, the Charles River Esplanade, and downtown Boston. 81-91 Winter St. consists of three adjacent multifamily buildings and one private parking lot with four spaces. The property contains a total of 13 units, comprised of one studio unit, two one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, four two-Bedroom/one-Bathroom units, one three-bedroom/one-bathroom unit, four three-bedroom/three-bathroom townhouse units, and one four-bedroom/two-bathroom unit with 12,580 s/f of living space in 16,130 s/f of total gross area on 0.193-acres. 

81-91 Winter St. offered the opportunity to acquire a fully leased investment property with significant upside in an exceptional, urban-infill location.
