Keliher Real Estate and ERA Boston Group broker 5,300 s/f $1.48m sale

Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate, Inc. and Michael Carucci of ERA Boston Group have sold a five story, 5,300 s/f brick building at 125 Charles St., Beacon Hill for $1.48 million. The building is zoned commercial/residential, and was delivered vacant. The seller was 125 Charles St. Trust LLC and the buyer is J. Realty Trust. The new owner is converting the building into two retail condos and three residential units. The building will be completely gutted and renovated. Completion is targeted for fall 2008.
