Keefe of HK Group brokers $20.7m sale of two adjacent office buildings

Abbey Road Advisors has purchased two adjacent office buildings with a total of 90,000 s/f for $20.7 million. The closing occurred on December 20, 2007. 777 Commerce Dr. with a total 60,000 s/f on two floors and 1375 Kings Hwy. East with 30,000 s/f on three floors made up the transaction. The Commerce building was 100% occupied at closing while Kings Hwy. was 97% filled. The properties are immediately adjacent to the planned commercial development around a third Fairfield railroad station. Matthew Keefe, president of Westport-based HK Group, represented both the buyer and the seller, Celestial Capital Group, Inc.
