KBS Realty Advisors signs Charles River Analytics to 83,177 s/f lease at 625 Mount Auburn Street

Cambridge, MA KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California, signed an 83,177 s/f lease with Charles River Analytics at 625 Mount Auburn St. Charles River Analytics is an existing tenant at the property renewing and expanding its existing lease. The company develops custom intelligent systems for government and commercial customers.

CBRE/New England’s Robert Fitzgerald represented KBS Realty Advisors. CBRE/New England’s Curtis Cole represented Charles River Analytics.

625 Mount Auburn St. comprises three floors totaling 136,585 s/f. The property is located in the West Cambridge submarket, 1.25 miles west of Harvard Sq. It has bus access to all the amenities in Harvard Sq., including the MBTA commuter rail line. Easy vehicular access is permitted via Rte. 2 and Fresh Pond Parkway. The nearest Mass. Turnpike interchange is within a five-minute drive from the property.

On-site amenities include a fitness facility, shared conference room and café, and covered parking. The amenities in the surrounding area include several dining, shopping and entertainment options.
