Kaplan of Davenport Realty leases 9,000 s/f to Cape Cod Mazda
David Kaplan of Davenport Realty recently brokered a 9,000 s/f lease to Cape Cod Mazda at 527 Station Ave.
Cape Cod Mazda is part of the Hometown Auto Group, owner of several auto dealerships, including Framingham Nisson and Wellesley Mazda.
The lease affirms Hometown's faith in the viability of Cape Cod and Yarmouth for sales of Mazda's new car models.
