Katherine Williams Kane, SIOR, CCIM, of Williams ReloLogic, represented Optima Bank in the long term lease at Pease International Tradeport. Kane is the exclusive tenant representative for the fast growing bank and has negotiated their three former locations. A sixth location is under negotiation currently. The Pease Tradeport location at 20 International Dr. consists of 4,578 s/f and was formerly occupied by a TD Bank branch. Optima Bank chose the Pease property in order to better serve their local clientele who work at Pease Tradeport.
