JPMorgan Chase hires Fauth to support Community Development Banking

Boston, MA As part of JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to expanding its market presence, the firm hired Jennifer Fauth to support Community Development Banking (CDB). In her new role, Fauth will manage the delivery of affordable housing and banking products to clients across New England. 

With over 15 years of experience in affordable housing finance, Fauth joins the firm from Santander Bank, where she served as a director supporting housing, community development and alternative investments. She has also held finance roles at The Community Builders, Recap Advisors and New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development. 

“As a respected leader in the affordable housing community, I’m thrilled that Jenny is joining our strong team and together we will continue to bring our industry and local expertise to the Northeast,” said Dave Walsh, head of community development real estate for the East Region at JPMorgan Chase. 

Fauth received a master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard Graduate School of Design with a concentration in Housing and Community Development. She also holds a bachelor of arts from Brown University in American Civilization and Architectural Studies. She will report to Walsh.
