Jones Lang LaSalle leases to Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless has leased a full floor totaling 8,031 s/f of first class office space at the new One Washington. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive leasing agent for One Washington representing the building owners Saracen Properties and AEW Capital Management, LP. Managing director William Barrack, senior vice president John Linell, vice president Ben Heller, and assistant vice president Jason Cameron represented the ownership in this transaction. Ogden White, David Wright and Amy Pearlman of CB Richard Ellis negotiated for the tenant. The space on the sixth floor of One Washington will serve as a new corporate sales office. One Washington features direct access via the MBTA's State St. and Government Center stations.
