Jones Lang LaSalle leases 47,426 s/f to e-dialog at Nordblom Cos. Northwest Park
According to Nordblom Co., e-Dialog is expanding and relocating to Network Dr. at Northwest Park. The company has signed a lease for 47,426 s/f of first class office space at 65 Network Dr. to serve as its new global corporate headquarters.
e-Dialog will occupy the entire fourth floor of the building in early June, leaving its current Lexington location.
Network Drive at Northwest Park is the 158-acre business campus acquired in 2007 by Nordblom and its investment affiliate, Nordic Properties. Nordblom Development Co. will be handling the tenant improvement work. Adele Olivier, senior vice president, director of commercial property and asset management at Nordblom Co., managing director Tamie Thompson, senior vice president Dan Cordeau and assistant vice president Dan Kollar of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the long-term lease to e-Dialog, who was represented by Andy Majewski, executive vice president/partner at CB Richard Ellis.
Featuring a combination of private office spaces and an open and collaborative work environment, 65 Network Dr. consists of approximately 178,000 s/f of class A office space on four floors. Completed in 2001, the building consists of two wings linked by an open central lobby and stairwell. A glass-enclosed walkway on the third floor provides a comfortable, all-weather connection to 55 Network Dr. and a satellite cafeteria.
