Jones Lang LaSalle hires O'Regan - sr. VP
According to Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the leading financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, Tom O'Regan has joined the company as a senior vice president. O'Regan will specialize in representing tenants, owners and investors in their real estate planning, analysis, and implementation in downtown.
Prior to joining JLL, O'Regan was executive director at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, and before that a director at Cushman Wakefield. He has worked with numerous tenants throughout his career, including CitiStreet, Procter & Gamble and State Street Bank. O'Regan also represented landlords such as Brookfield Properties, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Berkeley Investments, and National Development.
