Jones Lang LaSalle handles 11,820 s/f lease for GZA in Glastonbury

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) completed an 11,820 s/f lease at 655 Winding Brook Dr. GZA, a leading environmental and geotechnical consulting firm, will be relocating from Bloomfield in early September. The owner, Direct Invest, LLC was represented by JLL's Christopher Ostop. The tenant was represented by Gary Schless and Sean O'Neil of JLL. 655 Winding Brook Dr. is a four-story, 103,000 s/f office building located in Salmon Brook Office Park.
