Jones Lang LaSalle Construction hires Capobianco, Bidgood, Bourgeois and Matton as superintendents
Jones Lang LaSalle Construction (JLL) has added four new superintendents to the New England construction team.
Joe Capobianco comes to JLL from The Richmond Group, where he was responsible for supervising a number of life sciences projects. His experience ranges from office renovations, lab and faculty offices to vivariums and Biosafety level 3 (BL3) labs. Capobianco's first assignment with JLL Construction is a fit-out for Towerstream in Middletown, RI.
John Bidgood joins JLL from Barr & Barr, bringing 25 years of construction experience. While at Barr & Barr, Bidgood worked with clients such as MIT, UMass and Genzyme. He will be working on a renovation project for client Novartis over the next few months.
Louis Bourgeois is another seasoned superintendent. Bourgeois comes to the firm from Avison Young. Previously he was with Walsh Brothers and Payton Construction. Bourgeois is assigned to several of JLL's projects on the EMD Serono campus in Billerica, MA.
Mark Matton joins the firm with a solid construction background with Skanska and J.Calnan. Since joining JLL, he has been on a renovation project within the Boston University Medical campus.
