Johnston of R.W. Holmes arranges 66,100 s/f in leases on behalf of the landlord, Antico Development

Billerica, MA R.W. Holmes brokered two industrial leases, totaling 66,100 s/f. Source Pak, a custom packaging solutions firm that has seen tremendous growth in recent years, renewed and expanded into 54,000 s/f of space at 19 Alexander Rd.

Tom Aitken of Avison Young represented International Freight Forwarding Yusen Logistics, a leading global provider of international freight forwarding, contract logistics, and supply chain solutions company, in the 11,600 s/f lease of space in the same building.

Craig Johnston, senior vice president at R.W. Holmes, represented the landlord, Antico Development, in both transactions.

Built in 1988, 19 Alexander Rd. is a 76,827 s/f industrial/warehouse building.

“The building is centrally located between Rte. 495 and 128 with good access to Rte. 3 and I-93,” said Johnston. “It’s great to see both companies growing and expanding in the area.”
