Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty completes two leases of 64,000 s/f

Hudson, MA R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. has completed two lease renewals totaling 64,000 s/f at 577 Main St., on behalf of the landlord, 577 Main Street LLC. Jet Mail, Inc and Centerline Technologies both renewed their office/warehouse facility for a long-term lease.

Craig Johnston, senior vice president, at R.W. Holmes Realty, represented 577 Main Street LLC while David Ross of Cresa Partners, represented the tenants.

This brings 577 Main St. to 100% occupancy.

577 Main St., is located in the MetroWest market with access to major roads, and nearby amenities, a multi-tenanted office/flex building with a full serve café and fitness center with showers are a few items that assist in making the building 100% occupied.
