R.W. Holmes has negotiated six leases on behalf of Antico Development Company at 101-110 Clematis Ave. Craig Johnston and Wyant of R.W. Holmes handle the leases to bring Antico Industrial Park to 100% leased. The leases, signed with Asmara Inc., Armstrong Ambulance, Restorations by Roy, For the Love of Cheer, and Exotic Marble & Granite total 35,000 s/f.
"Over the last six months we have seen significant activity which is reflected in the fully leased buildings at Antico Industrial Park," said Wyant.
Antico Industrial Park is a 260,000 s/f multi tenant industrial park consisting of drive-ins, tailboard loading, 24' clear ceiling heights, and plenty of parking.
